Job Duties

  • Ensure that each guest has a positive, long lasting impression of the Wingstop experience
  • Practice safe cooking procedures
  • Quickly scan and comprehend order tickets
  • Accurately count Bone-In Wings, Boneless Wings and Boneless Tenders needed for each order
  • Coordinate cooking times of Bone-In Wings, Boneless Wings, Boneless Tenders and fries with timers
  • Sauce, season and package all orders according to Wingstop standards
  • Cook and prepare Bone-In Wings, Boneless Wings, Boneless Tenders and fries in proper fryers and baskets
  • Filter and freshen fryer shortening daily following safety procedures
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness during and at the end of shifts
  • Notify Manager on Duty of safety, sanitation or employee issues immediately
  • Assist other employees as needed
  • Follow directions given by Manager or Supervisor
  • Understand good hygiene and food handling practices
  • Safely use chemical cleaning products
