Job Duties
- Ensure that each guest has a positive, long lasting impression of the Wingstop experience
- Practice safe cooking procedures
- Quickly scan and comprehend order tickets
- Accurately count Bone-In Wings, Boneless Wings and Boneless Tenders needed for each order
- Coordinate cooking times of Bone-In Wings, Boneless Wings, Boneless Tenders and fries with timers
- Sauce, season and package all orders according to Wingstop standards
- Cook and prepare Bone-In Wings, Boneless Wings, Boneless Tenders and fries in proper fryers and baskets
- Filter and freshen fryer shortening daily following safety procedures
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness during and at the end of shifts
- Notify Manager on Duty of safety, sanitation or employee issues immediately
- Assist other employees as needed
- Follow directions given by Manager or Supervisor
- Understand good hygiene and food handling practices
- Safely use chemical cleaning products
