Job Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours at a time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work full-time or part-time
- Availability to work Monday through Sunday as scheduled
- Must follow all local and state food safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- No formal education required
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Follow prep/par sheets to prepare product for shift
- Accurately cook, assemble, and package customers' orders according to Hat Creek's standard operating procedures
- Follow all portion control procedures, accurately record food waste, follow proper holding and storage of all food items, ensure correct food temperature is reached and maintained
- Work in a safe and sanitary manner following all local and state requirements
- Unpack and store incoming inventory and truck orders, ensure cleanliness of your cooking area, maintain safe operation of all kitchen equipment, and report any kitchen equipment that is not working properly
- Provide excellent customer service through friendly interactions with customers from the kitchen
- Uphold the company culture and mission statements while performing work in the kitchen
