Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Effective communication skills
  • Commitment to making an impact
  • Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
  • Ability to work in hot and damp environments
  • Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout entire shift

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Physical ability to meet the demands of the role

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
  • Communicate effectively with staff to coordinate order flow and kitchen operations
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations and food handling procedures
  • Monitor food inventory and assist with stock rotation
  • Assist in training new kitchen staff as needed
