Job Duties

  • Cook meals to order following recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain a fast pace in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • Prepare ingredients and perform food prep tasks as needed
  • Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines, including Serve Safe standards
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and workspaces to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
  • Use FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory method to manage food stock
  • Work collaboratively as a team member to support kitchen operations
