Job Duties
- Cook meals to order following recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a fast pace in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Prepare ingredients and perform food prep tasks as needed
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines, including Serve Safe standards
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and workspaces to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
- Use FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory method to manage food stock
- Work collaboratively as a team member to support kitchen operations
