Job Requirements

  • Some high school education
  • Food handler certification as required by local regulations at applicant’s own expense
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to use kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knife
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a restricted and hot workspace
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of food safety and local/municipal requirements

Job Duties

  • Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
  • Preparing all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
  • Guiding kitchen team and assisting with their training
  • Performing all back of house responsibilities
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met
  • Collaborating with team members to manage kitchen operations efficiently
