- Previous experience in a high volume kitchen
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to work flexible shifts
- Good communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepare high volume hot and cold food items from raw ingredients
- Produce daily menu in appropriate batch sizes based on consumption
- Set up and work cook to order display stations
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Ensure food presentation quality and customer service levels
- Operate efficiently in a fast paced, challenging environment
- Manage preparation for up to 1500 guests per meal period
