Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a high volume kitchen
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capability to work flexible shifts
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Ability to prepare diverse menu items
  • Skilled in maintaining food quality and presentation

  • Experience working in a full production kitchen

Job Duties

  • Prepare high volume hot and cold food items from raw ingredients
  • Produce daily menu in appropriate batch sizes based on consumption
  • Set up and work cook to order display stations
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ensure food presentation quality and customer service levels
  • Operate efficiently in a fast paced, challenging environment
  • Manage preparation for up to 1500 guests per meal period
