Job Requirements
- Some high school education
- Food Handler certification acquired at applicant's own expense
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for up to four hours
- Ability to reach across countertops measured at 36 inches
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high noise and heat levels
- Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
- Willingness to work standing for long periods
- Compliance with ADA accommodation policies
- Ability to prepare hot and cold foods using kitchen tools
Job Qualifications

- Prefer some operations experience
- Food Handler certification or other local/municipal food safety certifications

Job Duties
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests
- Preparing all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
- Guiding kitchen team and assisting with their training
- Performing all back of house responsibilities
- Working quickly and accurately using kitchen equipment
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
- Managing conflicts and handling difficult situations professionally
