Job Requirements

  • Some high school education
  • Food Handler certification acquired at applicant's own expense
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for up to four hours
  • Ability to reach across countertops measured at 36 inches
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high noise and heat levels
  • Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
  • Willingness to work standing for long periods
  • Compliance with ADA accommodation policies
  • Ability to prepare hot and cold foods using kitchen tools

Job Qualifications

  • Some high school education
  • Prefer some operations experience
  • Food Handler certification or other local/municipal food safety certifications
  • Ability to use kitchen equipment proficiently
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability to changing priorities

Job Duties

  • Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests
  • Preparing all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
  • Guiding kitchen team and assisting with their training
  • Performing all back of house responsibilities
  • Working quickly and accurately using kitchen equipment
  • Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
  • Managing conflicts and handling difficult situations professionally
