Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- effective communication skills
- ability to remain stationary and exert mobility for up to four hours
- ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- able to work in hot and damp environments
- ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks during shifts
- ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies
- frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap
- physical dexterity for handling kitchen tools and equipment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment beneficial
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- communicate effectively with kitchen and dining staff
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- follow safety and hygiene protocols
- work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment
- assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- support training of new kitchen staff
