Job Requirements
- Local/municipal food handler certification acquired at applicant's own expense
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods (up to four hours)
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
- Must be able to work in hot and noisy kitchen environment
Job Qualifications
- Some high school education
- Prefer some operations experience
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to use kitchen tools including Chinese cook knife
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Capability to train and guide team members
Job Duties
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
- Prepare all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
- Guide kitchen team and assist with their training
- Perform all back of house responsibilities
- Use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Ensure adherence to food safety and health regulations
