0 to 2 years of previous related experience beneficial
Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays

Ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards

Basic culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques

Job Duties

Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
Perform other duties as assigned which may vary depending on business necessities and client requirements
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
Contribute to food waste reduction initiatives by preparing appropriate portion sizes
