Job Requirements

  • willingness to undergo post-employment criminal background check
  • willingness to submit to drug testing upon employer’s reasonable suspicion
  • ability to work weekends and varied shifts

  • ability to follow safety procedures
  • valid work authorization

Job Duties

  • Prep meats, vegetables, cheeses, fruits and pastries for upcoming service
  • prepare, season and cook soups, meats, fish, vegetables and desserts in restaurant kitchen and maintain work area for cleanliness and sanitation
  • clean food preparation areas, facilities and/or equipment
  • follow safety and sanitation guidelines
  • work 7am - 3pm and 3pm - 11pm shifts
  • adhere to scheduled days off and complete 35-40 hours per week
