Job Duties
- Prep meats, vegetables, cheeses, fruits and pastries for upcoming service
- prepare, season and cook soups, meats, fish, vegetables and desserts in restaurant kitchen and maintain work area for cleanliness and sanitation
- clean food preparation areas, facilities and/or equipment
- follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- work 7am - 3pm and 3pm - 11pm shifts
- adhere to scheduled days off and complete 35-40 hours per week
