Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of kitchen experience
  • Valid Food Handler Certification required
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 100 lbs
  • Ability to work in varying temperature environments
  • Effective communication skills
  • Compliance with safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in kitchen environment preferred
  • Valid Food Handler Certifications as required by regulations

Job Duties

  • Set up workstation and execute daily prep tasks
  • Prepare and store all food items required for station
  • Maintain proper cooking techniques and consistent food preparation
  • Receive and store purchased goods
  • Manage condiments, dressings, and soup items
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and kitchen
  • Communicate with chefs regarding food quality or special needs
  • Interact professionally with members and guests
  • Support team members and contribute to positive work environment
  • Address and resolve member and guest complaints
  • Complete additional duties as assigned by management
