Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
- Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Lift, carry, push, or pull items that weigh up to 25lbs without assistance
- Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy
- Commitment to follow all company policies and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic cooking experience or culinary training preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP guidelines
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Job Duties
- Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers to prepare foods
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company food safety programs
- Cook all potentially hazardous food to correct temperatures following HACCP guidelines
- Follow all food safety and handling policies and procedures
- Set up and break down workstation with required tools, equipment, or supplies
- Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
