Job Duties
- Prepare meats, poultry, fish, and vegetables in large quantities using various cooking methods
- Season and cook all cuts of various meats, fish, and poultry
- Boil, steam, or fry vegetables
- Prepare sauces, soups, roast meats, meat pies, stews, casseroles, and other dishes
- Attend work and report to scheduled shifts on time with sufficient regularity
- Perform additional tasks as assigned depending on business needs and client requirements
