Job Duties

  • Prepare meats, poultry, fish, and vegetables in large quantities using various cooking methods
  • Season and cook all cuts of various meats, fish, and poultry
  • Boil, steam, or fry vegetables
  • Prepare sauces, soups, roast meats, meat pies, stews, casseroles, and other dishes
  • Attend work and report to scheduled shifts on time with sufficient regularity
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned depending on business needs and client requirements
