Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with others
- commitment to making an impact in the role
- ability to remain stationary and move well-paced for up to four hours
- ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- capability to work in hot and damp environments
- ability to use small tools and equipment with finger and hand dexterity
- willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shifts
- frequent hand washing with disinfectant soap
- availability to work flexible schedules
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is an asset
- strong communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team
- capability to follow instructions accurately
- basic knowledge of food safety practices
Job Duties
- prepare food items according to Applebee's recipes and standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations
