Job Duties
- Follows sanitation guidelines
- follows recipes and preparation instructions
- accurately and efficiently uses cooking equipment
- knowledgeable of basic diet
- properly portions all food and ingredients per department standards
- prepares food to accurate consistency per diet requirements
- preps food items for current use and next day
- follows production sheets and records all related HACCP documentation
- promotes a clean and safe environment of care utilizing the SAFE error prevention habits
- provides highest standard of privacy and confidentiality in matters involving patients, coworkers, and hospital by abiding by Standards of Conduct
