Job Requirements
- Be able to perform or learn all essential job functions at an acceptable pace
- Possess mental alertness and intelligence to track multiple orders and oven timings
- Meet sufficient physical condition including lifting up to 40 pounds and standing/walking full shifts
- Have adequate vision and hearing to prepare food and respond to orders
- Demonstrate self-control and ability to work under stress
- Read and comprehend simple written commands and recipes
- Possess hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for precise food preparation
Job Qualifications
- Ability to understand and follow written recipes and instructions
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen work preferred
- Good mental alertness to manage multiple orders and kitchen flow
- Physical ability to lift heavy items and work in hot environments
- Basic math skills for handling cash and order entry
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness
Job Duties
- Prepare food orders accurately and quickly based on customer requests
- Organize and separate orders for dine-in, carryout, and delivery
- Prepare pizza doughs, sauces, and other ingredients according to standard recipes
- Operate kitchen equipment including ovens, dough proofers, and cash registers
- Ensure food products are properly baked, cut, and packaged or served
- Assist customers by taking orders over the phone or at the counter
- Clean and maintain kitchen work areas and equipment before closing
- Restock food items and supplies during operating hours
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times
