Job Requirements

  • Some high school education
  • Food handler certification as required by local municipal regulations at applicant’s own expense
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Adaptability to changing priorities
  • Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations

Job Duties

  • Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests
  • Preparing all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
  • Guiding kitchen team and assisting with their training
  • Performing all back of house responsibilities
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Assisting with inventory management and supply orders
