Job Requirements
- Some high school education
- Food handler certification as required by local municipal regulations at applicant’s own expense
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests
- Preparing all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
- Guiding kitchen team and assisting with their training
- Performing all back of house responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Assisting with inventory management and supply orders
