Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have weekend and holiday availability
- Willingness to learn all stations on the kitchen line
- Ability to maintain consistent activity including walking, bending, and lifting
- Employment may require background check
Job Qualifications
- Prior kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Ability to perform essential kitchen duties including cooking and food preparation
- Understanding of food sanitation and safety standards
- Ability to operate point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, regulations, and procedures
- Basic math skills for measuring and portioning
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to company core values and guest satisfaction
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items according to company recipes and standards
- Ensure all food orders are accurately portioned to maintain low food costs
- Uphold sanitation and cleanliness standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure optimum guest experience
- Maintain safety by ensuring work areas are free from hazards
- Operate the POS system for order processing
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and uphold company values
