Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Must have weekend and holiday availability
Willingness to learn all stations on the kitchen line
Ability to maintain consistent activity including walking, bending, and lifting
Employment may require background check

Job Qualifications

Prior kitchen experience preferred but not required
Ability to perform essential kitchen duties including cooking and food preparation
Understanding of food sanitation and safety standards
Ability to operate point-of-sale (POS) systems
Ability to read and interpret instructions, regulations, and procedures
Basic math skills for measuring and portioning
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Demonstrated commitment to company core values and guest satisfaction

Job Duties

Prepare and cook food items according to company recipes and standards
Ensure all food orders are accurately portioned to maintain low food costs
Uphold sanitation and cleanliness standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas
Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure optimum guest experience
Maintain safety by ensuring work areas are free from hazards
Operate the POS system for order processing
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and uphold company values
