Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must have weekend and holiday availability
  • Willingness to learn all stations on the kitchen line
  • Ability to maintain consistent activity including walking, bending, and lifting
  • Employment may require background check

Job Qualifications

  • Prior kitchen experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to perform essential kitchen duties including cooking and food preparation
  • Understanding of food sanitation and safety standards
  • Ability to operate point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Ability to read and interpret instructions, regulations, and procedures
  • Basic math skills for measuring and portioning
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to company core values and guest satisfaction

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items according to company recipes and standards
  • Ensure all food orders are accurately portioned to maintain low food costs
  • Uphold sanitation and cleanliness standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas
  • Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure optimum guest experience
  • Maintain safety by ensuring work areas are free from hazards
  • Operate the POS system for order processing
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and uphold company values
