Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Commitment to making an impact
- Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a hot and damp environment
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout the shift
- Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience is an asset
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to safety standards
- Commitment to quality and excellent customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare menu items according to Applebee's standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
- Support a fast-paced work environment while ensuring quality
- Wear appropriate protective gear and follow safety protocols
