Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capability to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • Ability to work well in a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food preparation or cooking preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and portion control guidelines
  • Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Job Duties

  • Set up and stock preparation and line stations
  • Clean, disinfect, and organize kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
  • Check quality and freshness of ingredients
  • Prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes, quantities, and specifications while maintaining portion control systems
  • Inspect food preparation and service areas, utensils, and equipment to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices
  • Substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen stations during peak periods
