Job Requirements

  • Some high school education
  • Valid Food Handler certification obtained at applicant's own expense
  • Ability to follow company recipes and quality standards
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in hot, noisy kitchen environment
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage difficult situations

Job Qualifications

  • Some high school education
  • Prefer some operations experience
  • Knowledge of food safety and local municipal requirements
  • Valid Food Handler certification at applicant's own expense
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
  • Prepare all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
  • Guide kitchen team and assist with their training
  • Perform all back of house responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
  • Manage kitchen equipment and inventory
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
