- Valid Food Handler certification obtained at applicant's own expense
- Ability to follow company recipes and quality standards
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in hot, noisy kitchen environment
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage difficult situations

Job Duties
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
- Prepare all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
- Guide kitchen team and assist with their training
- Perform all back of house responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
- Manage kitchen equipment and inventory
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
