Job Requirements

  • Some high school education
  • local or municipal food handler certification acquired at applicant's own expense
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • ability to stand for up to four hours
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • ability to use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment
  • compliance with ADA requirements

  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • ability to train and guide kitchen team members
  • strong verbal communication skills
  • adaptability to fast-paced environments

Job Duties

  • Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests
  • preparing all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
  • guiding kitchen team and assisting with their training
  • performing all Back of House responsibilities
  • maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards
  • managing kitchen inventory and supplies
  • ensuring timely food preparation and delivery
