Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- ability and willingness to learn all kitchen stations
- weekend and holiday availability
- ability to perform consistent physical activity including walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- effective communication skills
- must pass a background check
- compliance with safety and health standards

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and quality standards
- ensure all food is presented and portioned consistently to maintain low food costs
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and work areas to comply with health and safety regulations
- monitor and ensure compliance with all safety procedures to provide a hazard-free environment
- assist in inventory management and report any shortages or quality issues
- collaborate with team members to support smooth kitchen operations and exceptional guest experiences
- operate POS system for order processing and inventory tracking
