Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Prepare quality food that tastes great and is consistent from day to day
  • Follow Wingstop operational standards and safety procedures
  • Handle guest orders and inquiries with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Notify the Manager of guest issues or complaints and resolve low-level concerns efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with team members and assist in other positions when necessary
  • Accurately prepare Bone-In Wings, Boneless Wings, Boneless Strips, and fries according to portion and cooking time standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and restaurant areas
  • Ensure safe handling of food, chemicals, and fryer shortening
  • Open and/or close the restaurant as assigned
  • Comprehend and follow order tickets accurately
  • Apply sauce, seasoning, and packaging according to Wingstop standards
