Job Requirements
- Physical ability to stand for most of the shift
- Ability to walk and move frequently around the kitchen
- Capability to bend, stoop, and squat as needed
- Strength to push and pull equipment
- Ability to reach above shoulder level
- Manual dexterity for gripping and handling utensils
- Finger dexterity for various tasks
- Occasional operation of dishwasher
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 75 pounds
- Good vision for detail and distance
- Good hearing abilities
- Ability to communicate verbally with team members
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen work preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Strong attention to cleanliness and safety
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under supervision
Job Duties
- Prepare food in accordance to specifications
- Keep station stocked before, during and after shifts
- Set up stations
- Keep floors at work area free of debris and spills
- Maintain cleanliness in the work station
- Wash dishes and take trash out to the dumpster
- Prep dough and other products for upcoming shifts
