Job Requirements
- Some high school education
- Food handler certification as required by local or municipal regulations acquired at applicant’s own expense
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to use kitchen tools including Chinese cook knife
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a high noise, hot kitchen environment
- Ability to manage conflicts and adapt to dynamic work conditions

Job Duties
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
- Prepare all dishes to meet company recipes and standards

- Perform all back of house responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet restaurant operational goals
