Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for up to four hours continuously
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Ability to work in hot and damp environments
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout the shift
- Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
- Effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to handle physical demands of the job
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Willingness to learn and follow safety and hygiene guidelines
Job Duties
- Prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols including wearing protective equipment
- Lift and move kitchen supplies and equipment safely up to 50 pounds
- Work efficiently during busy periods to ensure timely food service
- Participate in team efforts to achieve operational goals
