Job Description

Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively
- capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- physical ability to stand and move for up to four hours
- capable of lifting up to 50 pounds safely
- able to work in hot and damp conditions
- able to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shifts
- willingness to follow all safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food preparation or kitchen environment is an advantage
- strong communication skills
- ability to work efficiently under pressure
- teamwork and collaboration skills
- basic knowledge of food safety standards
- willingness to learn and take direction
Job Duties
- prepare menu items to standard quality and presentation
- communicate effectively with team members and dining staff
- maintain cleanliness and safety of cooking areas
- follow food safety and hygiene procedures
- assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- participate in team meetings and training
