Job Duties
- Create guest orders as requested and ensure the accuracy of each order when working the service line
- Ensure food is of the highest quality and prepared according to specifications
- Restock front line with prepared product
- Adhere to food safety standards
- Prep food volume based on sales compared to existing inventory and incoming orders
- Receive food orders
- clean, organize and rotate items in the walk-in cooler
- Help manage inventory control
- Pay careful attention to presentation of food
- Showcase the preparation of certain menu items in the front of the house
- Frequently clean the kitchen area, grill, restrooms, and equipment
- assist in maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness
