Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Experience in a culinary or food preparation role preferred

Job Duties

Follow selected recipes for meals to be prepared
Ensure all meals are prepared and served at proper temperatures
Ensure needed and appropriate supplies are available prior to the start of any cooking cycle
Attend and participate in continuing educational programs designed to keep abreast of changes in culinary profession
Maintain sanitation and safety standards
