- Minimum of 1-2 years similar cooking experience preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare fresh scratch-made meals using a recipe for residents according to planned menus and dietary guidelines
- Assist the Food Service Manager with inventory control and ordering supplies
- Properly store food and kitchen supplies to maintain freshness and prevent waste
- Supervise and support Dietary staff when the Food Service Manager is unavailable
- Set up breakfast bars, steam tables, and other meal service stations
- Maintain cleanliness in work areas and ensure all kitchen cleaning tasks are completed
- Prepare and stock snacks and standard pantry items for resident areas
- Utilize technology and computerized systems to efficiently and safely create a great dining experience for our residents and families
