Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- food handlers card valid in states including California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia
- 2 to 5 years experience on fast-paced cooking line
- ability to work all stations
- adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- ability to communicate effectively
- physical capability to perform kitchen tasks
- availability to work flexible schedules
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage assigned cooking stations including set up and stocking
- prepare and present dishes according to Lazy Dog recipes
- ensure use of fresh high-quality ingredients
- maintain proper recipe display and adherence
- follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- clean and maintain kitchen equipment and tools
- use personal protective equipment and adhere to safety guidelines
- demonstrate basic knowledge of cooking equipment operation and maintenance
- keep workstations clean and organized
- alert chef team to product or safety concerns
- multi-task while maintaining guest focus
- communicate effectively with team, English/Spanish skills a plus
- foster trust, passion, humility, and respect within the team
- create a fun and supportive work environment
