Job Requirements

  • Some high school education
  • Food handler certification or equivalent as per local/municipal requirements, acquired at applicant's own expense
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for up to four hours at a time
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under fast-paced, noisy conditions
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts

  • Ability to assist in training others

Job Duties

  • Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests

  • Guiding kitchen team and assisting with their training
  • Performing all back of house responsibilities
  • Ensuring compliance with local food safety regulations
  • Managing kitchen equipment and maintaining cleanliness
