  • Work cooperatively within the team to support restaurant operations
  • Follow safe food handling and cooking procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and dining areas
  • Open and close the restaurant as required
  • Accurately prepare and portion food items such as wings and fries
  • Use timers to coordinate cooking times
  • Apply sauces and seasonings according to standards
  • Refresh fryer oil and handle cleaning chemicals properly
