- Maintain personal hygiene and sanitation according to company policies

- Work cooperatively within the team to support restaurant operations
- Follow safe food handling and cooking procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and dining areas
- Open and close the restaurant as required
- Accurately prepare and portion food items such as wings and fries
- Use timers to coordinate cooking times
- Apply sauces and seasonings according to standards
- Refresh fryer oil and handle cleaning chemicals properly
