Job Requirements
- some high school education
- local or municipal food safety certification such as Food Handler certification obtained at applicant's expense
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to work in hot, noisy, and fast-paced kitchen environments
- ability to use kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knife
- effective communication skills
- ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations

- knowledge of local and municipal food safety requirements

Job Duties
- support creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
- prepare all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
- guide kitchen team and assist with their training
