Job Requirements

  • some high school education
  • local or municipal food safety certification such as Food Handler certification obtained at applicant's expense
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to work in hot, noisy, and fast-paced kitchen environments
  • ability to use kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knife
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
