Job Requirements

  • Some high school education
  • food safety certification such as Food Handler certification acquired at applicant's own expense
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • ability to stand up to four hours continuously
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • ability to adapt to dynamic environments with changing priorities
  • ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
  • willingness to work in hot and noisy kitchen environments

Job Qualifications

  • Some high school
  • prefer some operations experience
  • knowledge of local or municipal food safety requirements
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • good communication skills
  • ability to handle hot kitchen equipment safely
  • ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
  • preparing all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
  • guiding kitchen team and assisting with their training
  • performing all back of house responsibilities
