Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18 years
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- capability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- willingness to work in a hot and damp environment
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- able to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout the shift
- must frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
- able to bend, stoop, and reach safely during work
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is an asset
- strong communication skills
- ability to work well within a team
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- ability to follow detailed instructions

Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- maintain cleanliness and safety of the kitchen area
- communicate effectively with team members and dining room staff
- adhere to health and safety regulations including wearing protective gear
- lift and handle kitchen equipment and supplies safely
- manage food inventory and stock supplies as needed
- assist in training new kitchen staff
