Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous kitchen experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Physical stamina for standing and lifting
Must be able to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Ability to work under pressure
Reliable and punctual

Job Duties

Accurately and efficiently cook a variety of food products
Prepare and portion food products prior to cooking
Perform duties in areas of food preparation to assure smooth kitchen operation
Accurately plate food items according to plate presentation specifications
Operate kitchen equipment safely including fryer, stove, oven, grill, dishwasher, broiler, griddle, slicers, mixers, and blenders
Maintain a clean working environment
