Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting
- Must be able to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to work under pressure
- Reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently cook a variety of food products
- Prepare and portion food products prior to cooking
- Perform duties in areas of food preparation to assure smooth kitchen operation
- Accurately plate food items according to plate presentation specifications
- Operate kitchen equipment safely including fryer, stove, oven, grill, dishwasher, broiler, griddle, slicers, mixers, and blenders
- Maintain a clean working environment
