Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have a valid Food Handler’s license
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Prior experience in a cooking role preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Ensure the proper and efficient preparation of all foods, ensuring that quality and quantity standards are met
  • Maintain accurate inventory of all items
  • Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guide
  • Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and hotel requirements
  • Minimize waste and maintain controls to attain forecasted food cost
  • Ensure efficient completion of daily assignments in a timely manner
  • Requires excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts
  • Must have Food Handler’s license
