Job Requirements

Some high school education
local/municipal food handler certification acquired at applicant's own expense
ability to lift up to 50 lbs
ability to stand up to four hours
ability to reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches
ability to work in a hot, noisy, and fast-paced environment
effective verbal communication skills
ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
ability to use kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knives
availability to work flexible schedules

Job Qualifications

prefer some operations experience
knowledge of food safety standards and local/municipal requirements such as food handler certification
