Job Requirements
- minimum age 18 or older, based on applicable state & local requirements
- available to work weekend and holiday shifts
- ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in English
- able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven, and other kitchen equipment
- continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds
- exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment

- basic knowledge of kitchen operations
- ability to follow recipes and food safety standards

- good communication skills
- previous cooking experience preferred but not required
- ability to operate kitchen equipment safely

Job Duties
- follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling & storage
- follow safety and sanitation procedures
- keep equipment clean and the work area organized
- complete duties without constant supervision
- prepare and cook menu items according to recipe specifications
- operate kitchen equipment including grills, fryers, and ovens
- maintain quality and speed to ensure guest satisfaction
