Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Maintains regular and predictable attendance
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • Basic understanding of safe food handling and hygiene practices

Job Qualifications

  • Some hospitality or food service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare quality food items following Wingstop operational standards
  • Ensure safe handling and proper cooking procedures
  • Accurately count, portion, and cook Bone-In Wings, Boneless Wings, Boneless Strips, and fries
  • Apply sauces and seasonings according to Wingstop standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and restaurant areas
  • Support team members and assist other positions when necessary
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve low-level complaints with a positive attitude
