Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 17 years old
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others
  • Commitment to making a positive impact
  • Physical ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
  • Capability to work in hot and damp environments
  • Ability to wear protective gloves, face coverings, and frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous cooking or kitchen experience is an asset but not mandatory
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene practices
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company
  • Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • Follow health and safety regulations at all times
  • Provide excellent customer service through quality food preparation
