Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior cooking experience preferred but willing to train motivated individuals
Ability to handle fast-paced kitchen environment
Capacity to perform physical kitchen tasks including standing for extended periods
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Excellent interpersonal skills
Availability for flexible scheduling

Job Qualifications

Experience in culinary or hospitality settings
Culinary school graduate or equivalent training preferred
Hotel banquet experience is a major plus
Ability to apply elementary mathematical statistics for inventory and portioning
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Duties

Prepare and present delicious meals and impressive presentations following Executive Chef menus
Inventory and portion ingredients accurately
Assist in kitchen prep and sanitation duties
Manage dry stock and perishable food inventories
Maintain cleanliness in dish room
Support team members and work collaboratively
Uphold hospitality-driven service standards
