Job Duties

  • Prepare quality food according to Wingstop operational standards
  • Follow proper personal hygiene and sanitation procedures
  • Ensure positive guest experience with friendly and professional service
  • Handle orders and inquiries efficiently
  • Notify manager of guest issues or complaints promptly
  • Work well with team members and support restaurant operations
  • Follow safe food handling and cooking procedures
  • Accurately portion and cook Bone-In Wings, Boneless Wings, and Boneless Strips
  • Manage fryer maintenance including filtering and freshening shortening
  • Keep the restaurant clean and organized
  • Assist other positions as needed
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation standards
