Job Duties
- Prepare quality food according to Wingstop operational standards
- Follow proper personal hygiene and sanitation procedures
- Ensure positive guest experience with friendly and professional service
- Handle orders and inquiries efficiently
- Notify manager of guest issues or complaints promptly
- Work well with team members and support restaurant operations
- Follow safe food handling and cooking procedures
- Accurately portion and cook Bone-In Wings, Boneless Wings, and Boneless Strips
- Manage fryer maintenance including filtering and freshening shortening
- Keep the restaurant clean and organized
- Assist other positions as needed
- Comply with all safety and sanitation standards
