Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability and willingness to learn all stations on the line
- Must be able to work holidays and weekends
- Position requires consistent physical activity including walking, bending, lifting
- Employment may require background check
- Ability to read and interpret business and safety documents
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Exemplifies company core values
- Ability to perform essential duties successfully
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitization standards
- Ability to learn multiple stations on the line
- Basic computer skills including POS operation
- Good reading and mathematical skills
- Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards
- Ensure optimum guest experience
- Maintain quality, consistency, and sanitization standards
- Accurately portion food orders to control costs
- Practice safety measures to prevent hazards in the kitchen
- Operate the POS system as needed
- Collaborate with team members to promote motivation and teamwork
