Job Description

Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- capability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- ability to work in hot and damp environments
- willingness to wear protective gear and follow hygiene practices
- ability to remain stationary or mobile for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cooking or kitchen experience is beneficial
- strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepare menu items according to Applebee's quality standards
- operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
- communicate effectively with team members and dining room staff
- follow safety and hygiene protocols
- assist in inventory management and food storage
- support team in delivering excellent customer service
