Job Requirements
- Some high school education
- Local/municipal food safety certification such as Food Handler certification acquired at applicant's own expense
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for up to four hours
- Ability to reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches
- Ability to work in hot, noisy kitchen environment
- Ability to use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
