Job Requirements

Some high school education
Local/municipal food safety certification such as Food Handler certification acquired at applicant's own expense
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand for up to four hours
Ability to reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches
Ability to work in hot, noisy kitchen environment
Ability to use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment
Effective verbal communication skills
