Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to Applebee's recipes and standards
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen and work areas
- communicate effectively with team members and dining room staff
- ensure timely and quality food preparation in a fast-paced environment
- follow health and safety guidelines including wearing protective gear and frequent hand washing
- lift and handle kitchen equipment and supplies up to 50 pounds
- participate actively as part of the kitchen team to provide excellent customer experience
